Welcome to ‘David’s Office’ where political invertebrate and phony Conservative Mr Cameron spells out the case for an EU referendum…so what’s changed?

This video has done the rounds on the internet for a while, but it is worth refreshing one’s memory of the precision of Peter Hitchens’ argument. This is extracted from a longer debate with Labour MP Chris Bryant (a snivelling, unintelligent, political vegetable) after the equally contemptible Edward Miliband had the temerity to tell the electorate that they were not bigoted for opposing mass, uncontrolled immigration [1].

More from The Panopticon:

Pat Condell once again illustrates the miry corruption of the EU by using the example of Ireland’s vote(s) on the Lisbon Treaty as his locus. A salient reminder of why the EU should be resisted rather than embraced, as the UK political class continue to have us do.

News article from BBC Radio Four’s Today programme. Note the BBC likes to remind the listener that the EU is a low priority for the electorate, rather than suggest that the issue of the EU is intrinsically interwoven with all the issues attached to the higher priorities.

Contrast the eloquent and informed Mr Hannan with the illiterate and ignorant Mr Cameron, who remarked today: ‘If your vision of Britain was that we should just withdraw and become a sort of greater Switzerland, I think that would be a complete denial of our national interests.’
